The Primaris Outriders are an interesting in-between unit that combine elements of vehicles and infantry models. For these guys I used an airbrush to establish the off-white basecoat. I then did a final dry-brush of Palid Witch Flesh to add some texture.

For the blue lines I taped them off and painted the area with several thin coats of Ultramarines Blue with a brush. This gave me more control then with an airbrush and avoided the overspray I got when painting the Executioner. The rest of the model was pretty standard, except the chainswords, which I painted Averland Sunset, masked with tape, and then painted black overtop.
